Lock out of site due to jetpack

    I seem to be locked out of my wordpress website. Most of the users when trying to connect to the site get an error message ‘401 Jetpack {unknown_token} It looks like your jetpack connection is broken. Try Disconnecting from WordPress.com then reconnecting.
    This is the only page we can get when trying to connect to our wp-admin page.
    What can I do?
    I tried getting into the support pages to chat with an agent but can’t seem to do this anymore as I am not able to sign in. WHat is up with this?
