  We accidentally changed DNS settings, which broke the link between our domain and WordPress. Now WordPress is saying there is no account associated with the admin users. The same email that I’ve used to log in here used to allow me into the other website but now doesn’t work.

  Hi there,

  The only sites I see on your @paul0facec0c9a2 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

  – emaniio.wordpress.com

  However, I seem to be able to visit this site without issue and also noted that it is not a site that appears to be in use, and appears to be mostly empty.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Hi there, thanks for the response. I think it is a wordpress.org vs. wordpress.com issue. The site is hosted on Cloudways and when I lost access to our domain, I tried to log in on wordpress.com, which is of course completely different. Thanks for your help.
