    I was locked out of my site this past year. my site was created for me by a developer several years ago. my site was called fairawayland. password was [redacted]. I added an email address of (email visible only to moderators and staff). my site includes crownprincerudolph.com the secret files of crown prince Rudolph, fairawayland, Granville animals, the Victorian blogs of John Nicholson of india, the victorian blogs of John Nicholson political officer, John Nicholson and the great mutiny. A have a new developer creating a site for me called zendulaland.com. You can see that the topics and illustrations and e books are the same. I need to access my WordPress because the secret files of crown prince Rudolph i.e. crownprincerudolph.com has vanished. It took me a year to built the crown prince Rudolph site. I need to access my site badly. I have tried and tried and I can’t get a new password though WordPress sends me emails about recovery.I can’t get any password to work. I also have web site called fairawayland.com which links to my WordPress site. my new developer built links to my WordPress sites too. But crownprincerudolph.com i.e. the secret files of crown prince Rudolph has vanished.I bought the .com through WordPress. also grandville animals. Please help me to recover my site and especially crown prince Rudolph. I sell the e books on amazon as well as the e books to fairawayland and the victorian blogs will be on sale soon.   • Hi there, I’ve removed your password as these forums are public. I understand the password doesn’t work with the site, but if you’ve used the same password on anything else, please be sure to change it so you don’t get hacked.

    I tried clicking to the crownprincerudolph.co site and it says if you own that site you should call customer service, and lists a phone number. Can you give them a call? It would seem there’s some trouble with your hosting account.

    These sites are not hosted on our servers so there’s little more I can do, but I do hope you reach the correct people!
