locked out and cannot find account

  I cannot get into my site. When i log in on wordpress it brings up the wrong account. The site name is http://www.bashonline.net. It is bringing up a blog i started and no longer want.
  I have tried to reset my password but i am not recieving the emails to do this.
  Please help!!!!!
