Locked out of account

Hi,
I tried to change my URL from ‘http://box5821.temp.domains/~franceng’
However this locked me out of the account in general. Can you switch it back to I can access? Additionally, how do you get it to be just your domain name for the URL coding? I just want http://www.franceng.com to be displayed
