locked out of account

    I have attempted to log onto my account that is admin of the website mentioned above. The account has the same email as the one I’m messaging from so I’m not sure how they have been separated, but they have been (I believe this is because of the method in which they were set up). I’ve forgotten my password and I’ve attempted to reset it on the ‘https://************.co.uk/wp-login.php’ page but the recovery email is not coming through after countless attempts. Yes I have checked the spam/junk folder(s) and I’m 100% sure that it isn’t reaching my inbox. Going to the wider WP site, it is this separate account that shows so I am stuck as to what I can do to solve this issue. Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
