Locked out of account

Hello,
I am the administrator for the website Bloom Parlor. I have been unable to access my account and website under /wp-admin. I enter in my email and password, and it claims my password is incorrect. I have reset my password, and it continues to say the same thing. I currently am unable to access the backend of my site threw wp-admin.

Hey there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code.
If your /wp-admin password reset isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
