Locked out of account

  I am trying to get access to my account. I changed my phone number and have a new phone but the verification codes keep getting sent to my old phone. I don’t have the backup codes because all of that information is in the old phone. How else can I get access to my WordPress account?

  Hi,

  I had to create a temp account (ericaedgetempaccount.wordpress.com) just to login and present my issue.

  I have a new phone and don’t have access to my old number. I also don’t have an Authenticator app. In fact, I remember I used to be able to authenticate using my WordPress iOS app, but now it doesn’t work anymore and I’m being made to enter codes that I don’t have.

  I’ve reset the password using my email [email visible only to moderators and staff] and I now have a new password, but it’s still asking for these codes.

  I really need access to my account again as I have so much stuff in there. I’ll be happy to provide any information you might need as verification.

  I can log in on my phone and edit my account there but I need to get into my account on the web.

  Please help.
