Locked Out of admin site

    Both Jetpack and WP are not accepting my credentials. Im going in circles making sure I enter in the right info and i still cannot get thru to admin portal. Im starting to think i have 2 different accounts, or 2 different urls at this point.. its all just a mess.

    Here is the most recent email from WP support. Can someone water this down for me..

    ME: I WAS ABLE TO login to the account with betterbroth3rmanagement info into the URL provided.
    is this the account that is supposed to be connected to my metrowestheating.com/wp-admin account?

    Spport: The site https://metrowestheating.com was to hosted with WordPress.com, thus, being able to access your account betterbroth3rmanagement does not mean that you are able to access your site https://metrowestheating.com again. To access your site https://metrowestheating.com you need to contact the company where this site is hosted.

    Me: Would it be possible to DELETE ANY AND ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS UNDER “BBM” to start over?

    Support: Please note that WordPress.com doe not contains any subaccounts. Thus, it’s not possible to delete any accounts that belong to this account as not other accounts belonging to this account. In addition, at the moment no services belong to this WordPress.com account. Thus, at the moment it’s an empty WP.com account.
