Locked out of customize

When I click on ‘Customize’ I’m asked to confirm the email and password. After entering the registered email, I’m told that it’s invalid. ???

Your site erickaple.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Bluehost.
