locked out of dashboard

I am the admin on http://www.ibbas.co.uk and am locked out of the dashboard since installing a plug-in to add a wpform for a contact page. After installing (OK), then clicking ‘activate’ this message appeared:Fatal error: Call to undefined function do_action_deprecated() in /home/ibbascou/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/includes/admin/class-menu.php on line 78
