  Waiting for response from ‘Happiness Engineers’. Took two days last time and I need help now. Can’t find where to get to help/chat. Not ‘Happy.’

  Hi @jpaden2, I can see you’re already working on a private ticket with support. The best bet is to wait for a reply there and also try what was suggested.
