Hello, I recently created a new WordPress account using a business email I have owned for 15 years. I am attempting to update my Gravatar image, but I receive an error stating that this email is associated with another older account.
I do not have access to that old primary account, nor do I know the login credentials. Because the current email is actively my email, I would like to request that it be manually unlinked/removed as a secondary email from that old, inaccessible account so that I can manage my own Gravatar profile. How can I do this?

Hello, If you have access to the same email that you used for the older account you should be able to reset the password and regain access. You may need to delete the current WordPress.com account associated with this main email after which you would restore the account with this email.
Since you are only allowed one unique email address per account. I would try to gain access to the older account first and transfer the site or change the older account’s email address to another email.
