Locked out of multiple accounts

    I have multiple accounts and am locked out.

    I had an old wordpress.com site at http://missmeghandesigns.wordpress.com. A few years ago I changed to self-hosting at meghanboyd.com. I still own the domain and hosting but recently switched back to using wordpress to run this site. I can’t login to the dashboard for this site. It keeps automatically transferring me to the missmeghandesigns.wordpress.com dashboard with errors of user doesn’t have access. I’ve reset my password and no luck. It is also trying to have me update my wordpress.com to buy a wordpress.org site even though I already own. Please help ASAP.

    Hi there – I’m sorry you’re having trouble.

    I suggest trying one of these two routes:

    1) Log out of all WordPress.com accounts, and then log back in here with the username meghanboyd and associated password:

    https://meghanboyd.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    or:

    2) Try a Chrome “incognito” window to ensure that no account wires are getting crossed.

    Let me know how it goes.
