locked out of my account

I just paid for my domain name and a business account yesterday. Today when I was creating my homepage I went to add a mobile app. It said I needed to log out of all accounts so I did. I have since not been able to get back in. I can get into an account but no domain name is linked to it anymore. When I tried to get the same domain name, it’s still in use of course. Help please.

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that justanotherartroom.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your artteacher73121cc6ef login.

Absolutely,I will try it all.
I have only made one. justanotherartroom.com I had my homepage almost done but had not launched it yet.
It wasn’t until I logged out of it on my desktop and started getting the moble app that the artteacher73121cc6ef popped up on my desk top when I tried to log into justanotherartroom.com
I can get into artteacher73121cc6ef not sure if/why mine turned into this or if it’s not mine.

The following is what it says if I use an alternate email that is not linked to my account
-Your contact email is the same as your account – if you can receive emails you should try the password reset form instead.
Either way it will not submit the information
I do have both purchases codes. -
When I try to reset my email and enter (email visible only to moderators and staff)
it WILL send me a link to change this artteacher73121cc6ef password.
AND not justanotherartroom.com
