Locked out of my account

I am not receiving the emails for account recovery to my email address. The address receives emails from other sources though so the domain DNS configurations are correct. Nothing in the junk folder and nothing pending or quarantined on Microsoft Exchange interface.
I also can’t provide an invoice reference in the form since the invoice itself hasn’t come in. I did get charged on my card though…
How can I recover my account if WordPress doesn’t send me the recovery emails??
