Locked out of my main wordpress account. ‘Fatel error’

I am locked out of my main wordpress account. ‘Fatal error’ is what it stated. I need to get help ASAP! Also, tried having them send me a new password. It says the email, with new password, has been sent but nothing is arriving in my inbox. Help please!!
