Locked out of my site

I had a site on WordPress from 2011 – 2018 and loved it! Then one day in late 2018, I found my password no longer worked, and I could not log in. I was able to go in and change my password, but when I logged in under the new password, it now says I have no sites – but my blog is still exists, and all of the many articles I wrote for it are still there: (https://mississippiconfederates.wordpress.com/) I eventually grew frustrated and just gave up on the blog. But I find I really miss it, and want to know if there is any way I can get access to my blog again?

You are logged in as championhilz625658066; that account is only 1 year old so it cannot be connected to a site dating back to 2011. You must log out from your current account and log in again as championhilz to regain access to your site. The championhilz625658066 account is one I created in 2018 after I lost access to my original championhilz account. I tried the support page, but when I try the lost password page for championhilz, I never get an email with the recovery details. Also, i can’t do the account recovery form, as I have never had a payment transaction with wordpress, and I can’t give the activation url, as my email changed in 2013, and I don’t have access to the 2011 email that contained it. I think this is where I ran into trouble in 2018 and eventually just gave up on the blog because there seemed to be no way to get my site back.

I don’t know if if helps, but I have every email WordPress sent to me since my email changed in 2013 asking me to moderate comments to my site, such as this one:

There’s no evidence that the account was hacked. Also, someone would’ve needed access to your email account in order to confirm the change. Please check all of your email accounts. Look in the spam and other folders. Try adding WordPress.com to your contact list.

I checked every folder I have but there is no email. I did add WordPress to my contact list.

Thanks for trying that. In this situation, the only way to recover the account is going to be through the account recovery form.

Thanks for trying, but I am just going to give up and call this a lost cause. Using the recovery form will not work, as I have never done a transaction with WordPress, and my email address changed in 2013, so I no longer have the email from when the account was set up in 2011.
