Locked out of my site by Wordfence, no way to get back in. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

  I am a new writer with a website that is brand new. There is no password reset set up. The content is not ready. Nothing is. But Wordfence has decided to lock me out of my account because it says that the password is on a compromised list. Now granted, it wasn’t the most inobvious of passwords, but I didn’t think it would be an issue until I actually learned how to use the site. Today, it’s not recognizing my user name either. I had to start a new account just to login here, and now it thinks that this unnamed site is my only account. Now I’m sunk because I can’t get back in to continue setting it up and don’t seem to be able to get any help because I have a “free” account. Any help would be appreciated.
