Locked Out of my Sites

  I transferred my domain to Shopify and when I tried to transfer it back, something must be broken. Now I’m locked out of everything and have no way to access the codes or literally any part of my sites. It’s also nearly impossible to reach a WordPress human. Has this happened to anyone?

  That sounds frustrating. Domain transfer and account access problems aren’t something anyone here in the forums can look into, since they need access to the backend of your account.

  I’ve added the modlook tag to this topic so staff will see it and follow up here. If you’re on a paid plan, you can also reach them through the help options in your account while you wait.
