Locked out of paid plan HELP!?

Hello, I have previously spoken to a “Happiness engineer” as I signed up for a plan on 11/4/2026 paying for it I believe I may have used the wrong email address for as my plan is listed as “Free” . I filled in a form and waited to recovery team to get back to me and I am still waiting a month later….Help anyone?

Hi khyacalvert, so sorry to hear that, let’s try to sort this out today; is there any chance for you to find your payment receipt so to understand which account has the paid plan? If you find it we can read to which email the plan has been paid and focus on that one instead, so we can exclude the free account email.

I already provided all of that information. I really just need to be able to talk to someone because this is ridiculous

I completly understand how frustrating it is to pay for a service and be locked out; also a month waiting to sort this out makes everything much more stressfull. Therefore if you provided already the above information you should have got an answer from the customer service, try checking your spam/junk emails since the day you contact them, it can happen that this type of email gets filtered into spam folders. Hope this helps!

As you don’t see your paid plan under current account, it means you created another account when you bought that paid plan.
Log out from current and log in again using the email address where you got all emails regarding your paid plan.
