Locked out of site
-
Hi, I seem to be locked out of my site’s dashboard. When I log in I get an HTTP error 500, saying simply that this page isn’t working. If I then go back to the page, it now seems to be the admin dashboard, but clicking on any of the dashboard features yields the same error message. How can I properly access the dashboard to edit my site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Can you please let me know your site’s address so I can point you in the right direction of getting support?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

The site is israelwitharky.com. I actually didn’t build it so I don’t know where it’s hosted. How can I find that out?

@hannakatzdesign, I can see this site is hosted by GoDaddy. Here’s one way to tell:
https://www.whoishostingthis.com/If GoDaddy can’t simply restore a backup, they may be willing to help you find your error logs, and from there you can search for any particular error you’re getting, or post over at https://wordpress.org/support … good luck!
