locked out of site

the website I am working on for a client had wordpress engine set up and I was trying to make the site live with their regular domain name. The way I logged in before was https://villasatgdm.wpengine.com/wp-admin/themes.php?theme=delmarvillas
I was trying to get that .wpengine gone and i tried to rename in settings.. then i saved it and then locked out.. please let me know how to get back in and also get rid of the wp engine, We just want the website to be https://villasatgdm.com and be a normal site with out the WP Engine thing.

Since your site is hosted by WP Engine and not us (WordPress.com) you need to contact them regarding your issue.
