locked out of web page

I am unable to access my web page because my username is invalid. I have had the same name since I opened the acct but I have none of the info from when I first made the page, so I am unable to reset it. The site will not take my email address either.

The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com. What is the site you need help with?
Most likely you are referring to a site hosted somewhere else and using the open source WordPress.org software. In that case you’ll need to contact your hosting provider for help instead, as we have no control over the login details for sites not on our servers.
