locked out of website I own

I am a victim of a cyber attach by an .es. domain. I cannot access my gmail and have failed to recover it. My credit cards have been stolen and replaced with new ones, twice. I am going through a bankruptcy and no longer have access to credit card records. I know the name of the credit card I used, I know my username login of my website and know my password. However I still cannot gain access to my website hosted on wordpress.com and paid for a full year which is about to expire. I cannot reach anyone in person at WordPress.com – any suggestions on how to proceed would be appreciated. I paid for a year for a personal website and paid for a year for a business website and cannot access either… any suggestions would be appreciated?

To restore access to your lost account, just follow instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/.

  • Hi –

I’m following up on the modlook tag that was added for staff assistance. In order to regain access to the account we will need you to provide proof of ownership through the recovery form linked above.
