Locked out of WP Admin

    I am locked out of WP Admin. I have even requested a new password from WP and thast was 15 hours ago and have not received the password reset email.

    What is going on?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    When you are logged in to your WordPress.com account mcbeathrealestate, you can access your WordPress.com site’s dashboard here:

    https://mcbeathrealestate.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    If you are trying to log in to your site at http://www.mcbeathrealestate.com.au/ that’s a self-hosted WordPress site (using the free software from WordPress.org). The WordPress.com support staff don’t have the tools and access to help with login issues on self-hosted WordPress sites. (Your login details for that site are completely separate from your login details here at WordPress.com.)

    If the password reset link on that site isn’t working, you can also take a look at the WordPress.org guide to Resetting Your Password for more ways to regain access to your site.
