My girlfriend had someone create her website for her,then he gave her a wp password for the page and we haven’t since had a reply.
I have taken on trying to edit this site, I don’t know everything about wordpress or not a great deal about websites..
I stupidly tried to add a plugin to see views ‘jetpack’, this broke the site. It still opens fine sometimes but won’t let me open /wp-admin
I`ve looked into it and hope I could perhaps log into krystal and solve it but the ‘website guy’ hasn’t even left any login details for the hosting..
Please advise me what I should do?

What is the URL of th mentioned website? Mind these forums are for websites made on the wordpress.com platform. if you are using the free version of wordpress.org, their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

How do I know which was used?
it’s a good webite.. paperworkhouse.com
try edge browser as it displays on that with a refresh.
