Locked ut of my website

    Jay here, owner of jayandfriday.com.
    Seems as I was messing around with my domain names, I LOCKED myself out my wordpress account. I changed my url settings to another parked site….without transferring my files. (shaking my head). I need customer support help to change my URL BACK to the original so I can access my account again.

    Hi jayandfriday,

    jayandfriday.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by GoDaddy, rather than WordPress.com:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    The login details are stored on GoDaddy servers so please contact them for help if you are unable to login at all — they should be able to help.

    If you have any more questions after speaking to them, the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    It sounds like this documentation for changing site URLs on self hosted sites may be useful too.
