Hi, I am currently making a new website offline in wp but I am struggling to make the website look like the demo. I have research and tried to uplead the theme separately and tried to import files also however have had no luck. I wondered if it was possible to get the file with the demo content in them, please? Otherwise is there a video tutorial or a page that would help me set up the website offline with lodestar to create is just like the demo website, please? Thanks in advance

If you the site is here on our servers, we can add demo content and configurations to it if you’d like. Can you send a link to the site and confirm it’s okay for us to go ahead and do that?

Thanks :) That site is not using our managed hosting environment at WordPress.com. It’s actually set up using the open source WordPress.org software. That’s the other version of WordPress.
You will want to contact the theme author in your case for further help. In addition to them, you can use the open source forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Is this where you downloaded the theme from?
Scroll down half way, on the right hand side of the page, there’s a support forum for that specific theme. However, because your site is using the open source software, rather than our managed hosting we are very limited with what we can help on. We don’t have access to the backend of your site. For that reason, I suggest going to https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ to see if a volunteer can help you with the theme file configuration.
