Lodestar theme not dispaying correctly on mobile devices

    Hello, our wordpress.com site uses the lodestar theme but does not seem to adjust on mobile devices – it doesn’t seem to be responsive. Instead it looks like the computer version of the site. I Lloked all around the appearance settings and doesn’t seem to help. It’s not just my phone which makes me think it is a setting somewhere rather than the device.
    The ‘enable mobile theme’ just shows the default WordPress one. When I click the ‘customise’ menu it demos the site for tablet and phone without problems. Can anyone help?

    Hi there,

    Your site correctly loads the responsive version of your theme on my phone (Chrome on Android), exactly like in the Customizer preview.

    What type of phone are you using, iOS or Android, and what browser? Does it make any difference whether you’re logged in/logged out/using an incognito/private tab?

    That is correct. That setting is only if you have an older theme that is not itself mobile-friendly, and shows a default theme instead of your site’s actual theme on smaller screens. It has nothing to do with the mobile view of an already-responsive theme – a responsive theme like Lodestar should automatically adjust based on the screen size your browser detects from your device.
