    I just created my wordpress last week, and everytime I try to log in it says ‘incorrect username’ and I have also tried my email. I am 100% sure both of them are correct so Im not sure what to do.

    Hi there, I see a self-hosted site connected to this account, so you should be able to access it from My Sites at the upper left top.

    Also, the username and login password for your self-hosted site, if you are trying to log in directly at http://caringforcarpenters.com/wp-login.php, will be different from your login information here. That login information should have been given to you during the setup of that site, either when you installed the WordPress software, or if your web host did that for you, they should have provided that to you somehow.
