  I had a wordpress account and now I can’t log in to it. WordPress couldn’t find my details.

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

  The URL is: http://www.inspirationforschools.com My user name was Chalad123 and email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I’m very confused with the whole thing as I never took with building/updating the website, just paying for everything.

  The website was built using Elementor, I’m 100% sure if this. I’m also sure that it was on WordPress that we done everything.

  That being said, I’m now doing everything on the website myself and when I’ve tried to sort things out my username wasn’t found on WordPress.

  Any help would be great. Thanks.

  Hi Charlie –

  I will try to sort out some of the confusion for you. So there are actually 2 different versions of WordPress.

  Here at WordPress.com we offer a managed hosting environment. The site you’ve listed, http://inspirationforschools.com/, is actually using the other version of WordPress. That’s the WordPress.org open source software that you use with a separate hosting provider.

  Help with WordPress.org comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ We don’t have any access to your site to provide further assistance.
