  I cannot log into my account. My web designer has given me the email she has been using to log in but sadly does not work and I don’t know my password so I can’t even reset it. Please can someone contact me

  Your account is only 11 minutes old and oesn’t have a website running on the wordpress.com platform. What is the URL of your site running on the wordpress.com platform?
