hey, im having issues…. i have an account with wordpress, in my emails name. so i have an account, i use my email top login, and there is a site on there that is not used and never even been developed, just a template essentially, this isn because i tried to develop a site which had already began development. so the person passed the admin over to me, which is also in my emails name. now here’s the problem, i can log into my wordpress, but not access the actual site i created although it is linked to my email? then i can log into the actual site using a admin and password saved in my computer. i can log in this way, but then if i retype the UN and PW exactly as it is saved on the computer (i know there the same as you can reveal the password) it will not let me login. so i have one email – two accounts- one i have i don’t even want, but i am reluctant to remove it and then have issues with my actual site, it seems so confusing. the site i want to keep i am the only registered admin and it is in my email, but i have to go such a long route to access it, i don’t understand why log in and admin management is so difficult? i need to speak to someone directly ideally as i can’t afford a mistake on my customers behalf (yeah this isn’t for pleasure it is for business) please help, i basically have 7 days to resolve this issue, i just want too log into wordpress with my mail, and view the site linked to it, as explained i cannot access the site i want (linked to email) but can access my wordpress account which is totally useless and has nothing on there at all, nothing to do at all with the site i want.
