  I can’t consistently log in to my account. Sometimes it takes me to the free account I started before I got my paid account and sometimes it creates a new account. On the off chance I do get into my paid account, it won’t let me update or edit anything.

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  So, you’ll log in at https://livinginzenlife.com/wp-login.php and not through us.

  Are you trying to log in via the “Log in with WordPress.com” option (this is part of the Jetpack plugin) or the “Log in with username and password” option (this will be separate from how you log in to WordPress.com)?
