It is always very difficult to get the code to log in in another computer. Is it because my blog is free, guys?
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

This has nothing to do with a free or a paid site. What code are you talking about and how do you receive it? For instance some sms-providers do need a lot of a time before a sms arrives.
Why don’t you use Google Authenticator, you get your code immediately. -
Now, to change to any form of security is very difficult. Last time it took me 3 weeks, every day I had to send a request to get the code continuously. And in the end I got a call to read the code, not an SMS.
-
Its obvious the problem is with your phone provider; it takes too much time before your sms arrives on your phone.
-
Last time, after more than 1 month of request, I finally logged in to the blog with a phone call to read the code.
This time, I have logged in continuously for 1 month, still have not received anything. This technical problem cannot be solved by the user. Even changing the security I can’t do on the computer that’s logged in.

I checked our logs and found out that we correctly sent those SMS codes. So, I recommend contacting your carrier and asking them if they’re blocking those SMS messages.
One easier and safer way is to use an authenticator app to generate those codes. You can find more info here:

Thank you for your reply.
I can’t do anything, because every time I go to my profile I need a SMS code.
Can WordPress staff remove Two-Step Authentication from my account?
“Press the button below to request an SMS verification code. Once you receive our text message at your phone number ending with [redacted by staff] , enter the code below.”

I’ve sent you an email. Please follow up there. It’s best to handle such security issues via email.
-
Thank you very much. I entered the code you gave. Now I must enter one more code to Disable two-step authentication. You will send me again?
