  Hi, I already have a WordPress account…
  But, when I logged in using the “apple login” Face ID for convenience, it seems to have created a whole new profile..
  I already have a profile, how do I delete the apple one without being destructive to my site?

  The account @vcxxzpcsfz appears to be totally separate, and has no sites associated with it. You can confirm that here: https://wordpress.com/sites/

  With that in mind, you can safely delete this account by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/close/
