  hi, our IT guy who has been dealing with our website development has unfortunately left us without any log in credentials. This account is not linked to the accounts we are looking to access. We need to get this issue sorted ASAP to have access to our sites.

  Can you please provide a link to the site you’re trying to access?

  If the site was created here on WordPress.com we see the owner of the site as the username account that created it. The only way to gain access to that site would be to verify your ownership of that account:

  Recover Your Account

  If the site was created using the open source WordPress software, you’ll need to contact the hosting provider where the site was set up for help. We have no control over sites that aren’t hosted on our servers.

  Both those sites are hosted with Crazydomains.com.au, and using the open source WordPress software, not WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help with them.

  You can find the password reset instructions for that version of WordPress here:

  https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

  But you’ll likely need to contact Crazy Domains for help to get into the site databases to reset the password there.
