  we used word press to help deisign our webpage and we can not find the log in info for the life of me. domain is sparklingsrq.com which is through go daddy.
  i cant remember which email I used when i created a word press account.

  The site I need help with is sparklingkleenpools.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Hi there, we’re actually a service that is different from the free WordPress software you use at GoDaddy:
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  But perhaps I can point you in the right direction!

  Are you using sparklingsrq.com/wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access.

  Then, if you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support , since these forums are for the free sites hosted here at WordPress.com.
