Log in to my clients websites – Error 500

  Hi-
  These are the sites that I cannot access.
  I am the owner of the business and the employee that took care of this has left. The username that comes up is mscreativesarah but there are no site on this account. I was left with a login for each account with the extension /wp-admin?
  These clients need updates and I cannot make them because i cannot get into there accounts. I hope you can help me.

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your websites. However, your sites are not hosted with WordPress.com. They using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
