Log-ins for multiple users

  we currently only have one (1) log-in for our account and it’s with an email address that is no longer valid (its a work address and the user no longer works at that job). my association really need to modify/upgrade our website. We have a website committee to do that, so we have multiple users – 3 people that we will need separate logins for. Can you assist us please
