  This is not my account. The account I am trying to log into is associated with (email visible only to moderators and staff). the website I am trying to edit is abaacrossenvironments.com. I cannot log in because the email associated with my website DOESN’T EXIST even though this is how i have always logged in (via Bluehost).

  Your site uses the open source WordPress.org and is in no way connected to the WordPress.com platform. That’s why you can not log in through your WordPress.com account.
  The only way to log in to your site is https://abaacrossenvironments.com/wp-login.php
