Logged into WP w/ forgot pwd, profile says no association with a/my website?

I’m unsure how this happened but I logged into WordPress to try to make some changes to my website. I couldn’t remember my password so after going through the forgot password routine, I’m logged in but it says there is no association with a website for my profile? They show two options to correct this but it just seems to me I don’t want to do either one and rather just find the correct profile that I’ve always used. Does anyone know anymore about this and perhaps what I can do to fix it?

It’s obvious you are logged in to the wrong account. What is the URL of the site you are trying to edit?

Thank you for your response staartmees. Yes, obviously the wrong account. Perhaps I created a personal WP account prior to my business and website, however I logged in using my business email address? The URL is wegotthiserrand.com

We can’t help you as your site is not running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
