logged out and now can't access ANYTHING

  I was having issues all morning with the Jetpack plugin and my site keep saying it was under maintenance because of it. I uninstalled it and then it said install so I did. I was loading for hours and still under maintenance. l logged out and now I can’t access my site and domain. I sent to emails to customer support for what I have no clue for NO ONE to even respond! Someone please me fix this problem?!

  I can’t get a live chat. When I go to contact it just sends them an email. I already sent three emails. No one is responding to me. I don’t understand what happen to my site for me not to be able to access it and my domain. I need someone to contact me and explain what is going on.
