Loggin in can’t edit my page

Hi I am logged into wordpress and it says ‘log out’ so I think it knows it’s me. However when I click on ‘My Site’ top left corner, it says ‘you don’t have any worpress sites yet’. How can I edit my page please? thank you

ruddicia874429866 was just made today an has no website. aliciacollections.wordpress.com was made on 10th January 2014 and is obviously connected to another acoount. So log out from wordpress.com and login again with the email connected to your site.

Thanks — aliciacollections.wordpress.com is owned by another WordPress.com account. Please try logging out of ruddicia874429866 and login with the username ruddicia instead. Can you see aliciacollections.wordpress.com under My Sites after doing so?

The email login name with all of those extra numbers was an automated username and generated by WordPress when I logged onto the email address for ruddicia. I did use the email address I had before to login and looked through email folders to check it was the right one. Now what do I do?

As you are not logged in under the correct WordPress.COM username account you must clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

I am sure the email address is correct yet WordPress seems to have disassociated it with my page and there is no way to prove it’s really me.

Thanks everyone, I have now successfully logged in. Confusion arose out of an email mix up after all phew. Thanks so much for your help and advice. Very grateful.
