I can’t get logged in and I can’t contact live chat for customer support until I’m logged in! Please help. I’m trying to make edits in Bluehost and it sends me to WordPress but since I can’t get logged in I’m stuck. The WordPress support by phone seems to be

What is the URL of your site because from what you tell it looks your site is not on the wordpress.com platform.

non-existent.BlueHost works with the open source WordPress.org software. That’s different from using our managed hosting environment at WordPress.com. This indicates that your site is set up on WordPress.org.
When BlueHost says talk to WordPress they’re referring to the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
