  I already have a WordPress account. The problem is, I can only log into my iPad. I just tried using my Mac and it does not recognize my login name or password. Currently, I’m on my Mac and none of my information for my website is accessible. Please advise?

  I do not see any sites under your @q7nag4mhyh WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
