  Hi,

  I’m trying to log into the website but it keeps saying my account does not exist, I am able to log in via the app with no issue. I need to log in thru the website, please.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code.

  Are you using thorndale-umc.org/wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  Then, if you need more help, head to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support since these forums are for the free sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Here’s the difference between our services and your installation of WordPress with another host:
