  when i click on customize it won’t let me log in and says my username doesn’t exist

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  The Jetpack plugin creates a connection between the site and your WordPress.com account which means you have two sets of login details:

  1. Login details for https://wordpress.com
  2. Login details for logging in to the site itself at http://benkomasonry.com/wp-admin

  You’ll want to make sure you are entering the login details for the site itself and if that doesn’t work, please contact Bluehost for help as the login details are stored on their servers.
