logging in and contact forms

My website designer just finished my site, and we both are listed as admin.
There are two problems: 1 I can’t log in but aparently I am logged in and I don’t know how it happened. 2) my contact form does not go to my email, but it goes to my designers email just fine
This is my first attempt to log into my site, and when I went to the log in page to get a temporary password, it would not recognize my mariposalily or (email visible only to moderators and staff). I tried several times to regenerate a password, and it would not go in.
So, then I went to the support page, and I don’t remember how, but somehow I got in, and now it shows my user name is mariposalily2d937f2493@mariposalily2d937f2493. I don’t know what my password is. And the site is not my dashboard that looks like the one that I saw on my web designer’s screen share. It just looks like a generic profile page. the url is wordpress.com/help/contact
What IS going on? Help. Also my contact form does not go to Startpage.Sheila Reavill
